What Happen?

Suddenly, I've been hit by 35 to 50 of those phony "Critical Windows
Update" emails daily and 2 to 8 actual live virus emails. What
happened? More important, how do I get it stopped?

Your e-mail address was harvested from somewhere. Stopping it is
difficulty, probably your best bet is to create an Outlook rule to delete
them or use an anti-spam package of some kind to filter them out.
