What happened? Can't Save docs with graphics.

Running Win XP and Word 2002.

I always enjoyed being able to copy and paste text pages that also includes
graphics. Never a problem before. Now all of a sudden, Word refuses to
copy and paste a web page that includes both text and graphics. A "text
only" page copies and pastes just fine. What settings might have changed
that needs to be reset?
