What happened??

After upgrading from Windows XP Home to XP Professional, and installing IIS
5.1, for some reason Access won't work now. All my other Office programs
work correctly, and open, but when I try to open Access, the "Windows
Installer" box appears and prepares to install, but then closes and nothing
opens. What could have caused this, and is there a way to fix it? All the
Access icon's are still there...I'm just confused. I need help.

From any working Office application, try Help - Detect and Repair.

I attempted to do that, however, the Installer program opened a message box
that says - "Uninstallation of the patch package is not supported". I'm not
sure what that means, but it won't let me go any further. I'm not able to
uninstall Office Pro, either.
