What info is stored in the Outlook Profile?

Just curious. What does the profile contain?

FWIW, I'm thinking of Outlook on a home machine using Pop, not a
machine on a domain and with Exchange server.

It doesn't matter where Outlook is running. The mail profile itself always contains information about the accounts, information stores, and address lists used in that particulr profile.
