What is a LOOK IN list for tasks?

S

Scott

I am trying to follow this from the microsoft website
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=239091

I get down to # 7 and it says this

In the Look in list, click Tasks. In the Display Name and
Form Name boxes, type Reminder, and then click Publish.

I have looked everywhere that I can think of and still
cant find this!

Thanks
Scott

When you choose to publish the form a window will pop-up and the Look In
dropdown list will be at the top.

Scott, if you've followed the steps to this point, you're in your Outlook
Tasks folder and you've got a new, open, unsaved task. In that task you went
to the Menu bar and selected Forms > Design this Form, which brought you to
the form design. Then you went to the Menu bar again and selected Form >
View Code, which brought up the Script Editor, where you pasted the code and
then got out.

So you're back in the form design. Step 6 says go to the Menu bar and select
Tools > Forms > Publish form. Now look at the dialog box that appears.
There's a dropdown list at the top that should say *Look in:* next to it.
That's what you want. Click the down arrow and select Tasks from the list.
Then go down to the bottom of the dialog box and find the Display Name: and
Form Name: boxes. Type "Reminder" into each of them, then click Publish.

Step 8 says go to the Menu bar again and select File > Close and don't save
the changes.

Hope this helps.

Also - since your goal is to schedule sending - see

it and utilities that make it easier.
