What is going on here

Impetus

I have 2 users that are running Windows XP and Office XP Pro 2003 that are
trying to print to a shared laser printer on the network. When they print
preview, you can see everything, when you print, it leaves out lines,
formatting or just prints blank pages.

When I tried to print the file to the same printer, it printed fine??!!

Is this something to do with their office settings?

Try turning off background printing in Word and turning off print
spooling in Windows.
