What is my name in Rules Wizard ?

I have a odd problem. I'm using Outlook 2000 and I can't figure out what the Rules Wizard thinks my name is. I would have thought it would be the name in Accounts but that seems to have no effect. Does anybody have any ideas?

I would advise not using any of the "me" or "my name" rules. They're not
accurate.
