What is my Office Outlook Email address and how do I get the mail

I am having trouble setting up outlook and retreiving email from microsoft to
verify registration. I need help with adding the email address I registered
with microsoft as my outlook email address, what is IMAP and SMP email
accounts and waht to I input there? Help...New User...
