Depends on what the content is...
try file > export > "files of type" - work through the list - e.g. jpgs,
pngs, emf, wmf
If it's a picture, then probably best to go down the bitmap (jpg, png) route
If it's a diagram/logo then probably best to go down the vector (emf/wmf)
route.
