What is the error message prutsct?

On my Compaq Presario R3000 laptop computer, I keep getting the following
message:

prutsct has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience.

When I send an Error Report and log out of the computer, the first thing
that pops back up on the screen is this message.

It's spyware, run Adaware SE, and switch to FireFox.

I had it this morning as well. Rename the file, found i
C:\windows\system32

Once you rename it, the popup stop. I also just deleted it after thi
point as well
