What level of visio to buy?

I need to buy five copies of Visio for network planning.
I just need a site that explains exactly one gets with the
different levels of visio products so I can make an
informed buy. I may not need all the bells and whistles

as a user-caveat network planning covers a pretty wide
area, what are you looking for? The reason for the
question is that M$ has dropped support for the VENT
materials (couldn't figure out how to price it and lost
the market).
