what phone number do i call to register my product online?

I have a window that pops up and wants me to activate my microsoft office
2003 student and teachers, either by internet or phone. But it is not
co-operating it won't let me do it online, and I have no number where I can
do it by phone, and I am unable to find a phone number, can anyone help me?
