What settings do I need to use Outlook?

I am trying to set up Outlook on my laptop to get email from my existing att
account. What settings do I need? I would copy the settings from my desktop
but I can't because it crashed and destroyed all that stuff. (That's why I
need to use Outlook on my laptop.)
