Windows Explorer may be opened in different ways:
Start/ Programs/ Acessories/ Explorer or Windows Explorer (I've long since
moved mine from this location.)
or
Windows key + E
or
Start / Right Click / Explore ( I've never cared for this because Explorer
opens in a non-root folder)
