What type of scanner are you using...

....to scan in registration or application forms using Microsoft Office? I am
looking into scanning our paper forms to store within our AMS so that we
don't have to file all this paper!!

I use a flatbed scanner.



Scanning and converting paper forms to digital forms can not be done
directly from within an MS Office application. You will have to purchase a
third-party application, such as ScanSoft's OmniForm.

I would suggest something that outputs files that are compatible with
your "AMS" program.
