What's an easy way to set-up a Name and Address database?

I'm trying to set-up a basic Name/Address/Phone # database. Does anyone know
an easy template to use, or the procedure to set one up?

The typical response is to use Outlook, Outlook Express (easier), Access(more
diffcicult than any Outlook. But the fastest -no doubt-, and simplest is
Excel (if you know how to use it). Using 6 columns,e.g., nothing is as
fast. And you search very fast. Nevertheless, few people do this. Outlook is
much more troblesome (for non experts), and...proffessional.
