When I click on Insert Voice, I get "Create Package" window.Help

I want to insert voice in my Word 2007 document. When I click on Insert
Voice, I get a "Create Package" window.

When I click on Insert, Object, Object, under the "Create New" tab I do not
see sound or wav.

Please help.
