when I open an excel file, computer tries to reinstall office

On Microsoft Office 2003, If I try to open a file on office, installer kicks
in and try to reinstall the program. Problem is that I don't have CD. Office
came installed on computer and I don't have the cds. Its asking for the
original installation source and unable to find a required file SKU011.CAB.
How can I restore the file again, so I can open my documents. It was working
fine before, until now.
