When I try to merge to e-mail, I get a message asking if I want to allow access to my Outlook addres

How do I disable this "feature" I have 900 contacts that I want to send a
personalized mail and it is impossible to do it.

If you have a certain Word update applied and you use HTML format for the
merge, you shouldn't get that prompt. See
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/startletter.htm#ol2002 for full
instructions.
