WHen trying to install Pub.2000 on Win XP it needs 600+GB

This is an older version yes, but it should still work. When trying to
install it tells me I do not have enough hard drive space (I have about 34GB
free) but the program tells me I need over 600 GB... yes that's GB. When I
select everything to install on first use in an attempt to trick the install
the first time I use it, it will not let me install telling me to "free upâ€
hard drive space. I just installed a 5gb game onto my computer so I know
space is not a problem. Ever the program itself TELLS me I have 34 gb free
but it need 600+. I select for everything to "run from cd" in the installer
and then it ONLY need 150+GB of free space to install. This is just silly
and annoying. This program cost good money back in the day and it seems
silly that I would have to get the 2003 version when this worked fine a
couple years ago. I hate having to upgrade EVERYTHING when a new Windows
comes out, I am a casual office user, papers, a few projects nothing big and
I feel hundreds of dollars every year or so is a little much.
