When trying to open a new IE browser, the open ones are closed.

INTERNET EXPLORER DIFFICULTY

I can't open a new internet window without any open windows being closed.
Please help?

Since this is an Internet Explorer problem, you'll get the best results by
posting your question in a group that deals with Internet Explorer.
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.browser might be a good choice.

Since you are posting via the CDO interface copy\paste the link below into your Browsers address bar to access the IE group where you can repost your issue
