Where can I find a thread on the difference between MS Office Pro 2000 & MS Office XP Pro?

I have an opportunity to upgrade very cheaply from Office 2000 to XP
and before I jump I'd like to see what some others thougth about the
transition.

Some cool things - no more corporate/workgroup v. internet mail only mode -
ability to use colors in your calendar - auto-suggestion of previously
entered/used e-mail addresses in Outlook. I personally like it much better
than any prior version.

What about some of the compatibility problems mentioned in this group?
Seems like there is a risk trying to upgrade and the backup and
restore process does not appear to be all that reliable. Having just
lost my harddrive about three months ago - I'm just a tad squeemish
about loosing everything. (I had a tape of the drive that was only a
week old... whew!)
