Where can I find sample Excel & Powerpt projects to work on?

I am very familiar with MSWord; however, I am a new user of Excel &
Powerpoint. I need some sample projects to work on that would increase my
knowledge of both Excell and Powerpoint. I would appreciate any information
anyone can give.
