where can i find this file: ZR561427.CAB

I am trying to install office proofing tools from a CD for additional
languages nd fonts ..while installing .. it asked to locate this file
(ZR561427.CAB) or to insert the CD...only I am installing from the CD ...
dont know why its not on the CD ?? pls. can anyone assist !!!
