Where did it go?

I was online at my bank. I linked to "download account history". The options
I had to choose from, to download this information (to a file in my
computer?), were Quicken 2003 or later, Quickbooks 2003 or later, Microsoft
Money 2003 or later, .QUf file format, or Spreadsheet (.csv). I chose
Microsoft Money, as I have a trial verison of this program on my computer. I
downloaded the information, (I think), but I have no idea where it went, or
even if it went anywhere. How do I find it? Where did it go? (I should add
that I have never upgraded my Microsoft office beyond the trial version, and
it has expired. But I can still access certain functions of the program..
cant I?) Anyway, did this information even download to my computer? If so,
does anyone know how i can find it? Ive done a search in both my hard drive
and my office programs, using any keywords I can think of. Perhaps it did not
download at all because my Office software has never been upgraded? Thank you
for your help. RLM

Look in the Internet temp folder, if the folder was at capacity the file wouldn't
have downloaded in any event. You might do well to clear your cache and try the
download again. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete files.

thank you mary.
i delete my temp internet files before i close down every day. i have a
feeling, because my software has not been upgraded beyond the trial versions
that were bundled with my computer, that the download just had nowhere to go.
but i thank you for taking the time to help me. russell
