Where did the + / - go?

I recently migrated from MSP 2000 to MSP 2003 and can't seem to locate the +
/ - functionality on the toolbar that allowed me to roll-up or show tasks in
the Gantt view. Is it gone or am I just not seeing it?

It should be on the Formatting Toolbar.

Hi,

Some people do not have it on the formatting toolbar (I recently answered a
post on it on the Dutch newsgroup). It can be found on the Outline toolbar.

There is not an Outline toolbar in 2003 Professional, at least not in the
English version.

Hi Brian,

Right you are , in 2003 Standard, English, it has been copied to the Format
toolbar.
It is not visible in 2002 Standard, English, and in some non-English
versions.
When you look at Tools, Customize, Toolbars, you will find it doesn't
"belong" on the format toolbar but on the "outline" toolbar (which is there
in all versions I know of)
