Where do get Business Contact Manager

Supposedly, by having Small Business Server 2003, we are allowed to use
Business Contact Manager in Outlook. Can anyone point me in the right
direction for how we actually get this and use it?

I guess it's part of SBS2003?? We can't figure out where we actually get
it. How do we install it?
