where i can fine the wordart frame tool in pub2003

before i can use word art frame tool in publisher 2000 where i can put a lots
of text inside the frame but now that i upgrade my software i can't find the
word art frame tool in publisher 2003. only thing i see is the word art the
ready made art word or ready to use art work.

The WordArt is different in Publisher 2003. You can download the WordArt
compatibility utility. Use it this way, insert, object, scroll down to Microsoft
WordArt 2.3. It is the WordArt you are familiar with.
