Where is Create table of contents

Hello

The Insert -> References -> Indexes and Tables has disappeared from my menu ???

How can I get it back

Try this:

1. Right-click any toolbar area and left click on "Customize".
2. Click the "Toolbars" TAB
3. Highlight the "Menu Bar" (towards the bottom).
4. Click "Reset", then "Close".
