where is my map file?

I exported my Groupwise contacts to a CSV file, then imported them into
Outlook 2003 by using mapping. The mapping took a little while to set up, but
should be the same for everyone where I work. How can I find the file with
that mapping info and let others use it?

I am using Outlook 2003 and, I believe, Exchange Server 2003 via a Windows
Terminal Services window to a Windows Server 2003 desktop.
