Where is the data? Table help.

I am trying to export data from the My tasks page of PWA. I simple would
like to export the Resource Name, Project Name, Task Name (from the left
columns) and the respective Date & Actual Work columns from the right [My
set-up is set to require users to enter in daily time amounts]. What tables
would I need to access this info? Also, would they be the same tables if I
wanted to export the data from data that has been accepted by the PM?
