Where is the Highlight tool in Publisher 2007

I need help because i cant find the highlight text tool on publisher 2007 or
powerpoint 2007 and i dont know why i really need it to make my brouchure
look smart and professional. Where is it cause i cant find it and i have
looked in all the usual spaces. please help

There is no highlight tool in Publisher. A workaround, create a rectangle, fill
with your choice of color, give it about a 75% transparency, no line.
