Where is the "Insert Text Box" function?!

J

Jessiac

I'm sorry if this is a ridiculous question, but I'm converting my site
from Publisher to FrontPage and I'm trying to retype most of the
content. I cannot for the LIFE of me find where I can just add a text
box for NORMAL text.

Thanks for your help, I'm sure I'll be needing more of it soon!

You don't do this in FP, you just type the text on the page on within a table/cell.

FrontPage does not use textboxes.
Use a table to layout your page, Table->Insert Table, and choose the
number of rows and columns you need.. It helps to plan the page on a
sheet of paper first, to decide on the rows and columns.
Then Type in the table cells.

FrontPage 2003 does have an option for using Textboxes, but these
should be avoided. The FrontPage text box will cause you a huge
number of headaches.
