Where is the SEND button to e-mail page as message?

I am trying to send a page as an e-mail. I get through all the steps, but
can't find the SEND button. Will someone please tell me where it is.

Does Outlook open when you select send email? If the send isn't on the toolbar,
the send will be in the tools menu in Outlook. It is the same for Outlook
Express.
