I just installed Office2003 off the company's intranet and there's no
Shortcut Bar. Has it been dropped?

Proof positive you're a lazy moron who can't be bothered to search. You've
also made the shortlist for this month's Moron of the Month Award.

Thanks for replying Miss PT. I appreciate your help. The IT guys here at the
Dept. Education told me there was no alternative also.

Wrong!! Microsoft wins the Moron of the Decade award for taking out the
Shortcut Bar because the new poorly designed icons would not properly
display on it.

The shortcut bar has be replaced with the Quick Launch bar. I have both
Office XP and 2000 and the both come with the shortcut bar but I don't use
it as I prefer the Quick Launch.

I installed the OfficeXP OSB with Office 2003 and the icons "work" fine.
They do, however, look like sh**.

Cheers,
John
