white print on black for title

For a title, I would like to have white text in a black band. Please advise
on the best way to do this.

Create a black band, set the text color to white. You can create a black
band using borders and shading, or by drawing a rectangle, fill with black,
position behind text, or use a textbox.

And note that if you text color is set to Automatic, it will automatically
display as white when you set a dark background using Shading.
