Whow do you read emails from your hotmail account with a computer.

I can read my emails from my email account but if my wife logs into her
account she cannot read hers from her account. I have deleted my account
from my profile an tried hers and it still did not work. Her new BlackBerry
cannot read them either. If she goes on line to read email at hotmail.msn.com
there is no problem reading email but it is the only way she can.

How is your wife trying to access her Hotmail Account? If she is using
Outlook then she needs to download Outlook Connector from here:

If, however, she is using Outlook Express then she can't. The only way
for her is to use Web interface from here:
