Why cant i update my Office to SP3?

After the Step 2 of the update to SP3,they promted that it was unseccessful.

Office update SP3 applies to Office XP (2002).. Office 2003 is only up to
SP2..

Does it have FrontPage included?.. if it does, it may well be a pirated
version, in which case, SP3 will not work..
