Why did font size enlarge automically?

I have recently had Outlook 2003 installed and while typing an email this
morning, the font enlarged 'automatically' - presumably this happened while I
was copying and pasting a url into the msg - by using the CTRL key. How do I
get back to my chosen 10pt font please?

I have sorted this problem now - not sure why it happened yet, but I'm
working on it. Resolved by clicking on 'view' 'zoom' and found that it had
been changed to 200% - just went back to 100% and all is well. However,
still trying to find why it happened in the first place.
