Why do I see "installing office feature" when opening program

Often when opening an Office program, software says it is installing a Word,
Excell or Outlook feature. I have used the software for months, but it
continues to do this. I uninstalled and reinstalled Office, but still have
the problem. I use Office Pro 2003.
