Hi,
Our company has a finance team that pulls reports from Microsoft PWA
2003. The finance team use stock "Project Center" reports. As a
Technical Architect they recently came up with a requirement where they
wished to filter out a team from the report. The "Project Center" report
does not give the option of filtering on resourses.
I decided to re-create the stock "Project Center" report in Portfolio
Analyzer, however one of the fields "Baseline Work" doesn't match that
of the data in the "Project Center" report. I can see other fields match
in the two reports such as "Actual Work", however I can't see any reason
why "Baseline Work" doesn't match.
The difference in the totals between the two reports also doesn't
follow any kind of trend.
If anyway has more info to share on what the difference is between
"project center" reports and "Portfolio Analyzer" reports it would be
greatly appreciated. I cannot understand why the same field wouldn't
match in both reports.
Regards,
Paul
