Why does one of two pubs have print options button?

I have Publisher 2000. I made a card with a custom size. When I elect to
print I see a Print Options button. I made a new card with a custom size.
When I elect to print there is no Print Options button.

What is the custom size of the second card? Did you setup your printer?

When you setup your page how does the preview in the setup box appear? Is your paper
stock the same size as the card?

I got it figured out, but it's far too complicated. When I use one of the
templates the extra button is there. When I create my own card it is not.
What I needed to do was to correct the size on the printer, this way the card
doesn't try to print in the center of an 8.5 X 11 sheet.
