why doesn't my page border show up on print preview?

I'm using a border that is set "from edge of page". In the open document I'm
able to see the entire border but in print preview and actual orinting the
bottom border is cut off. This is a fairly new problem. I'm not sure what
I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Go into page set up and change the paper size to A4 borderless or custom size
and this should fix the problem. American A4 and UK A4 are slightly
different sizes.
