Why doesn't the Find & Replace feature find and replace?

I have tried and tried to replace "Divine" with "divine" and it says it found
and replaced 55, but actually did none. All my updates are complete in
Office 2003. Seems to be the program, because it fails on both my brand new
desktop and my also new laptop. Windows XP Pro

Did you remember to tell it that case matters?

Hi Reliz,

If this is in MS Word 2003 click the [MORE] button
then select the 'match case' box

If that box is not checked then the result could be as
you mentioned.
