Why is Office printing a cover page?

Each time a document is printed in Office (eg word or excell) it prints a
cover page giving details of the file first. This is really annoying (and
wastes paper), so how do I get it to stop doing this?
We checked the printer settings and it is to do with Office settings rather
than the printer settings.

File | Print | Options |



Under "Include with document", deselect the checkbox for "Document
properties"
