MR

Hi
I want to know why is blocked all my programs of Microsoft Office. There is
a screen message that ask me my key word of authentisity I put the keyword
but doesn't accept the keyword. I don't know why I can't use any of them, I
suppose that all programs came together with the PC I don't have to buy it.

Sincerely

MR

Thank you

You need to contact either Microsoft or the company that sold you the
computer.

Do you still have the media? If you got an OEM (pre-bundled) version you
should have received a license with a CD-key. Try re-entering it.

If you had an Office Trial version installed and the 60 day period expired,
you will need to purchase a key to continue to use the program. Otherwise,
all you will see is items you created. You cannot create, print, edit, etc.
any of the information since the trial is now in reduced functionality mode.
