why won't technic font full justify?

Please, describe what your goals were, what you did to acheive those goals
and the observed results.
The Word version might be useful as well.
Also, where did you get that "technic" font, it does not seem to be a
standard one on my computer (Word 2003).

There could be many things going on, without more info, anybody trying to
help might be wasting your time of theirs... :)
