why won't the picture manager open my pictures?

I recently got a new computer with Office 2003. I have a lot of photos
online, but whenever I try to save them to the computer to organize them and
whatnot, the photo manager won't open them. What can I do about that?

Is photo manager installed?
Just because something was available on the previous PC doesn't mean it's
going to be on the new one.

Did you have the Picture Manager locate pictures? The Manager will go out and make
all the pictures and folders available.
