Window freeze after open Word

Hi,

For no apparent reason the CPU get to 100% usage after I
open word files espacially when I have Outlook up and
running....In on instance it stayed at 100% for more than
10 minutes forcing me to re-boot the machine to do any
work.

I have Windows 2000 pro, Office 2000 installed in my
system.
