Windows can't open edmsdbs.mdb

I have a new Dell computer that is running Windows XP. I cann't get my Canon
MultiPass 5500 to print with the new system. My old system was Windows 2000.

hi.
xp should have come with the drivers ie PnP. but maybe
not. so go to cannons website and see if they have
drivers for you model for xp. if not check microsofts
site. I think your main problem is no driver or wrong
driver.
